Linear Image Sensor Module (LISM) Technology

CMOS Sensor Inc has developed a proprietary Linear Image Sensor module (LISM) technology which integrates CMOS Sensor’s wide aspect ratio linear image sensor chips, e.g. C358 & C378, optical lens and light source to form modules. It offers modules with the advantages of compact, lightweight, precision, and easy system integration.

 

The optical alignment is well tuned. There is no need for optical adjustment for systems implementing our LISMs. Due to its compact size, adopting LISM into smart phone is feasible. Other applications, such as bar code reader, Laser distance sensing, spectroscopy, optical encoder, etc, are all possible.
